Organic hemp seeds in raw food quality are the perfect addition to your creative kitchen. Whole or ground, the seeds enhance muesli, bread, baked goods and hearty burgers, and also taste good on their own as a healthy snack. Lightly toasted, their nutty aroma becomes even more intense.

These little powerhouses impress with an optimal ratio of essential fatty acids (including gamma-linolenic acid) and provide all vital amino acids.
