Payment terms

We supply business customers only. You choose the payment method when you complete your order: prepayment, purchase on invoice, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Klarna.

Prepayment (bank transfer)

You transfer the total amount to our account after ordering. You will find our bank details in your order confirmation. We ship the goods once payment has been received.

New customers and deliveries abroad are supplied against prepayment.

Purchase on invoice

For existing customers. The invoice amount is due without deduction within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. If you pay within 7 days, you may deduct a 2 % early payment discount.

PayPal

You pay directly via your PayPal account when you complete your order. We ship the goods once payment has been received.

Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

You pay directly when you complete your order with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or UnionPay – or via Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. We ship the goods once payment has been received.

Klarna

You pay via Klarna when you complete your order. Klarna shows you which Klarna payment options are available to you during checkout. We ship the goods as soon as Klarna has confirmed the payment.

Good to know

• All prices are net plus statutory VAT.
• Other payment terms or payment periods only by separate agreement.
• Payments are allocated to the oldest open invoice.
• The goods remain our property until paid in full.
