Organic hemp seeds in raw food quality are the perfect addition to your creative kitchen. Whole or ground: the seeds enhance muesli, bread, baked goods and hearty burgers, and are also tasty on their own as a healthy snack. Lightly toasted, their nutty aroma becomes even more intense.

These little powerhouses impress with an optimal ratio of essential fatty acids (including gamma-linolenic acid) and provide all the vital amino acids. With up to 90% unsaturated fatty acids in the oil, they actively support many bodily functions. Just 30 to 40 grams a day cover your requirements. Hemp seeds are naturally vegan and gluten-free.
